1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our hair and beauty services.
  • By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
  • By purchasing and/or using our hair and beauty services, whether online or in-shop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. ​Appointments and Reservations

  • Appointments can be made online or contact us, subject to availability.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of online booking, to secure your appointment.
  • Please note that Booking fee as collected in advance is solely designated as a cancellation fee, and the remainder of the service fee is expected to be settled directly with the salon at the time of service.

3. ​Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in a forfeiture of  your deposit.
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations or no-shows.
  • Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or prepayment. 
  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

4. ​Services and Pricing

  • We offer a range of hair and beauty services, each with specific pricing indicated on our website or in our salon.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended appointment times.

5.  ​Promotions and Discounts

·       Promotional bookings are subject to availability and may have specific terms.

6. ​Health and Allergies

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's health or safety might be compromised.

7.VIP Package & Gift Card

·       No Cash Value: The gift card and VIP packages have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

·       Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Please treat your gift card and package receipts like cash and keep it in a safe place.

·       Lost or stolen gift cards and package receipt will not be replaced or refunded.

·       Non-Transferable: All the gift card and VIP packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.

·       Expiration Date: All the gift card and VIP packages are valid for use within 4 months from the date of purchase.

·       Any unused balance on the gift card and VIP packages will expire after the 4-month period.

8. ​Liability

  • We take reasonable care to provide quality services, but we are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services.

9. ​Intellectual Property

  • Any content provided on our website, social media, or promotional materials is our intellectual property and should not be reproduced without permission.

10. ​Privacy and Data

  • We collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing services. Your data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. ​Client Conduct

  • We expect clients to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disruptive behavior.

12. ​Changes to Terms

  • We may update or modify these terms from time to time. It's your responsibility to review them periodically.
